S.A.F.E. Brews (Sanitization Assurance for Equipment) aims to help businesses in the New Hampshire hospitality sector that have been devastated financially by the global COVID-19 pandemic and need assistance. While that help is coming with some federal and state programs, a New Hampshire beer and hospitality industry effort is needed to ensure that restaurants have clean and safe draft systems and equipment prior to re-opening in the COVID 19 post surge period.
This will allow consumers to visit these establishments and drink beer with the utmost confidence that the lines are clean.
Brew NH is looking to grant funds to cover professional tap cleaning and sanitization services at a low rate to restaurants and hotels with draft equipment ($40) with the balance to be subsidized by Brew NH and other grants.
As a non-profit BREW NH will help raise funds to offer grants/matching funds for on-premise retailers to have their draft brewing dispensing equipment professionally sanitized, cleaned and prepared for use when re-opened.
